DIGITAL FILE Personal & Commercial Use Policy

Personal Use

You may:

  • Stitch these designs for your own personal projects.
  • Make gifts for friends and family.
  • Resize designs as needed for your embroidery project.

Commercial Use

You may:

  • Use these designs on physical products your create yourself for sale.
  • Sell finished embroidered items online, at craft fairs, markets, or in retail stores.
  • Sell up to 3,000 finished physical products made using these designs. This license applies to one individual design or one purchased bundle only. A separate commercial license is required for each additional design or bundle used.
  • If you expect to exceed the 3,000-sale limit, please contact us to purchase an Extended or Unlimited Commercial License at stitchcrushco@gmail.com.

Print-on-Demand (POD)

Print-on-demand (POD) use requires a separate POD Commercial License, which is priced higher than our standard commercial license. Because a third-party company is producing and fulfilling the finished products on your behalf, POD use falls under a different licensing category.

Uploading, sharing, or distributing the digital embroidery files through any print-on-demand service or platform where others can access, purchase, or download the files is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Resell, share, copy, gift, or distribute the digital embroidery files.
  • Upload the files to websites, file-sharing services, social media, or design marketplaces where others can download or access them.
  • Modify, edit, or combine these files and sell or distribute them as your own digital designs.
  • Convert these files into other digital formats (including SVG, PNG, clipart, laser, or other embroidery files) for resale or distribution.
  • Claim these designs, or any portion of them, as your own artwork.

All designs remain the copyright of the designer. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to use the files under the terms above. Ownership of the artwork and digital files is not transferred with purchase.
