All new releases are made to order.
As we relaunch our brand, please allow up to 10-14 days for processing. Old release items in stock will ship 1-3 days after purchase.
STITCH CRUSH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you do not receive your item, you will need to file a claim with USPS. Once you have done so, please contact us to let us know and we will take it from there.
Please be aware that during the holidays shipping couriers may experience delays. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
