How to Download Your Digital Files

Your embroidery files are delivered instantly through Shopify Digital Downloads.

To download your files:

1. Complete your purchase.
2. Check your email for a download email from our store (this is usually sent within a few minutes).
3. Click the download link in the email.
4. It will take you to your unique download page on our website.
5. Click DOWNLOAD NOW and save the ZIP file to your computer.
6. Unzip (extract) the folder to access your embroidery files.
7. Transfer the correct file format to your embroidery machine using your preferred method.

Didn't receive your download email?

• Check your Spam or Junk folder.
• Make sure you're checking the email address used at checkout.
• If you created an account, you can also log in and download your files from your order history.
